Saturday 24th October 2025 AGM at The Garden Suite, Shuttleworth House, Old Warden, SG18 9DT.

On the Saturday morning, from 10am onwards, members are invited by kind permission of the Shuttleworth Trust, to view the Shuttleworth Collection. It includes some of the oldest airworthy historic aircraft, a veteran vehicle fleet and steam exhibits. Some will be in steam in the morning.

Access the collection from Hill Lane SGI 8 9EP. The entrance to the collection is via the Visitor Centre adjacent to the Cafe where members can also purchase lunch. There is plenty of parking just inside the gates and along by the hangars.

From about 12.30pm a vintage bus will collect members from the museum collection and ‘shuttle’ them to the House. For those wishing to move their cars, there is plenty of parking before the house on the left. Please do not park in front of the House.

For those going direct to the AGM at the Garden Suite at the House, the access can be from both the Collection or from the main entrance down Alder Drive which is off the B658 Shefford Road. For AGM only use postcode SG18 9DT.

At 1.30 pm the AGM will commence in The Garden Suite, Shuttleworth House. Tea and coffee will be provided prior to the meeting.

The meeting will be followed by an address by Sandy Ross our incoming President.
